Every detail of SUNRISE HUA HIN has been carefully designed using high-quality materials while offering a modern contemporary style. The development incorporates innovative smart home technologies, enabling homeowners to control various functions of their villa remotely, using their smartphones or tablets.

 

A green environmentally friendly management system that offers sustainability throughout the villa structure and design. We are proud to provide each villa with a PV System (Photovoltaic System) with the following specifications:

  • 13.2 KW System On/Off Grid, Hybrid Inverter, Controller box and Blackout smart switch
  • 1 Battery module 10 kWh capacity (expandable to max. 4 Modules, with 40 kWh total capacity).

In case of Grid Blackout, our PV System will automatically switch the electric consumption from the grid to the batteries.

 

Our Villas are equipped with a Pest Control system. The equipment is installed under the floor, and it can easily be managed from outside.

 

Our villas are designed to have a solid structure, starting from the foundation to the flat roof. Each villa has an additional sub drainage system installed between the foundation and the ground floor. Its main target is to eliminate and avoid the rain spillage / water pooling and remaining under the villa and guaranteeing foundation resilience. This additional drainage system is connected to the main Sub Drainage system.

 

Foundations, pillars, beams, and flat roof are oversized in terms of section with reinforced concrete, to provide a firm / strong and sturdy structure.

 

Our flat roof solution collects the rainy water and saves it into an underground water tank for the garden irrigation, or storage into an additional water tank (inside Pump Room) after a water treatment by a filter and softener station.

 

SUNRISE HUA HIN owns an Electric Transformer (authorized and certified by PEA) that provides a 3-phase electricity process to each villa using underground watertight electrical wiring. Each villa will be provided with its own electric sub-meter, so PEA (Provincial Electricity Authority) will send the electric bill directly to the villa owner.

 

An underground drainage system has been designed and installed throughout the entire resort, to collect the rainwater from the soil and reduce the risk of flooding during the rainy season.

PROPERTY DETAILS

SUNRISE HUA HIN is a small and cozy resort with 12 pool villas.

 

It has 6 CCTV Security cameras that monitor and oversee all the communal areas such as the Main Entrance, Mailbox Room, Transformer, and the resort internal roads. The CCTV system maintains security records for 15 days.

 

The Main entrance gate is motor-powered and can be controlled by Remote Control or by a Smartphone App, using Wi-Fi.

 

Waste is collected 3 times a week by an Agreement with a local company.

Our Team is customer focused and locally based and it is important to note that our Senior Civil Engineer has 40 years’ experience in design and construction. Both the Project Manager & Civil Engineer will ensure daily monitoring of the construction process to meet quality standards and plan specifications.
